Warranty + Return Policy
All products are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All ABS products are guaranteed not to crack or break for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Virtual Office Inc., will repair or replace, without charge, any product which fails to perform due to defects in material and workmanship. Failure due to damage or misuse, such as excessive force, or improper installation is not covered by this warranty.
Virtual Office, Inc., will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage due to failure of a Virtual Office Inc. Product.
RETURN POLICY
Any product returned due to customer error must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase of product.
To return a product under warranty contact Virtual Office Inc., at 866-909-3009 or e-mail us at Info@virtualofficeworkstation.com, with a description of the defect and the date your product was purchased. Please include your name, address and telephone number and our customer service representative will contact you.
Virtual Office Inc., will evaluate the failure, and either repair or replace the item. Warranty items that are repaired or replaced will be shipped
to the customer at no charge.
